Managing Partner – Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Registered member of the Egyptian Register of Accountants and Auditors Licensed to audit joint stock companies Over 17 years of experience in auditing financial statements, tax audits, and the establishment and amendment of corporate contracts for both Egyptian and foreign companies, including partnerships and corporations

Atef Abdelaziz El-Daoudy

Founding and Investment Partner, Certified Public Accountant. Over 10 years of experience in establishing and amending contracts for Egyptian and foreign companies, including partnerships and corporations. More than 10 years of experience in obtaining all types of industrial licenses.

Amira Hossam Mohamed

Tax Partner Over 7 years of experience in auditing financial statements and conducting tax audits. Extensive experience in reviewing corporate tax files, including: Income Tax Value Added Tax (VAT) Payroll Tax Stamp Duty Withholding and Collection Taxes .

Mohamed Zahran

Audit Partner Member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), holding the international CMA certification. Over 15 years of experience in corporate accounting, contributing to the establishment and management of accounting systems across more than four international companies. Experienced in implementing ERP systems such as SAP, SAGE, Comsys, and Segments.
